When you send a request through our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, company or facility, email address, phone number, the type of delivery, how often you need it and your message.

Please do not include patient names, medical records or other health information in the contact form. If you are a health care client, we collect what we need through a separate, secure process once service is set up.

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs when you visit. These logs can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you requested and the date and time of your visit. They are used to keep the site running and secure.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run analytics or advertising scripts.

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. When you load the contact page, Turnstile collects technical details about your browser and device to tell people from automated programs. Cloudflare handles that information under its own privacy policy.
